Pay your RMTBC dues and insurance using Interac e-TRANSFER

As an alternative to paying by cheque or credit card, you can now use Interac e-TRANSFER to securely send your payment from your financial institution to the RMTBC.

Renewing Online

If you renew your RMTBC membership online, you can specify that you want to pay using Interac e-TRANSFER. Instructions to complete the payment will be provided on the RMTBC renewal page.

Renewing Using the Renewal Form

  1. Complete the RMTBC Membership Renewal Form that was emailed to you when renewals opened.
  2. Login to the online banking site of your financial institution and navigate to Interac e-TRANSFERS.  This is usually found in the Transfer / Payment section of the institution’s online banking website.
  3. Add the recipient “RMTBC” with the following information.
    • Email Address:
    • Mobile Phone Number: blank
    • Send Transfers By: email
    • Security Question: What is my ET#?
    • Security Answer: Enter your ET# - this appears on the RMTBC Membership Renewal Form that you completed in step 1 (near the bottom of the first page, in the Payment section). Enter only the number – not the “ET#” part
    • Message: If the name on the bank or credit union account differs from the name of the member who is renewing, please make note of it here.
  4. Send the payment.
  5. Mail, Fax or scan and Email the completed RMTBC Membership Renewal form to the RMTBC office.

Note that your membership and insurance will not be active until the funds are received.
