The Registered Massage Therapists’ Association of BC (RMTBC) is proud to present the association’s Strategic Plan for 2025–2027. Adopted by the Board of Directors, this three-year roadmap uses a SMART framework (Specific · Measurable · Attainable · Realistic · Timely) to chart the profession’s path forward through 20 initiatives built around measurable Key Performance Indicators.
The Plan is framed by FIVE Strategic Priority Areas, each with targeted initiatives and KPIs:

- Education — Developing continuing education resources supporting Knowledge Informed Practice (KIP).
- Stakeholder Engagement — Building a robust strategy to engage with members, partners and the public.
- Governance — Strengthening the board’s structure, onboarding and ongoing governance practice.
- Workforce Development — Sustaining the profession through transition support, new-graduate engagement and renewed practice pathways.
