The RMTBC connects instructors and organizations with 3000+ members across BC. Advertising opportunities are provided on three platforms: 1) the RMTBC Magazine 2) the weekly e-Newsletter and 3) Continuing Education Course listings. Please see below:


1) Magazine

The RMTBC Review is released twice a year and remains evergreen with hyperlinks on our website. For past issues, please see rmtbc.ca/magazine.

2) E-Newsletter

The RMTBC E-Newsletter is sent to 3000+ members every week on Thursday, providing updates on current practice-related issues. Booking an E-Newsletter ad means your message will be featured for one week in the Advertised Courses & More section of the newsletter.

SPECS

  • 1 image
    – horizontal, will appear 400 x 300 pix
    – we recommend something simple that will encourage people to read the text below 
  • text: 20-30 words MAX, including title
    – text appears below the image like a caption, please do not incorporate it into the image
  • 1-2 external links
    – these will be hyperlinked within the text

TIMELINE
For your ad to appear in any given week’s* Thursday newsletter, please:

  • content: have content ready the day before (Wednesday) & emailed to [email protected]
  • payment: call the front desk to confirm booking & payment

3) Courses

The Professional Education section of the RMTBC members’ portal offers a list of courses to RMTs. Courses appear chronologically and are visible to all members. In addition, they may be featured in the RMTBC e-Newsletter as part of a feature highlighting the next 3 courses coming up at that time.

RMTBC COURSE ADVERTISING POLICY

All Continuing Education Course advertisements must be pre-approved by the Executive
Director. The RMTBC reserves the right to copy-edit or disallow content.

All instructors may advertise their course(s), through our web site. Course ads will appear on
the RMTBC Continuing Education Page on the member site. When the course becomes one
of the 3 upcoming events for that week, it will be listed in the “Continuing Education”
Section of our weekly e-Newsletter, in chronological order. Please note that ads with images
in the “Updates & Resources” section of the e-newsletter are a separate item, see E-Newsletter
Ads at rmtbc.ca/advertising for more information.

COURSE ADVERTISING RATES

Website Continuing Education: $75.00 for RMTBC members and $150.00 for non
members per course and $10.00 for additional dates or locations for each 3-month block or
until the course is held.
All amounts for online courses will be prorated according to the date within the 2-year cycle
from Nov. 1 – October 31.

Once the course is approved, please submit the following information:
